How do you schedule a video call to verify your identification/documentation?
I have been going around in circles for months now to verify/reactivate my account without being able to speak with an agent.
The generic email which I keep receiving has a defective link and I'm unable to schedule a video call to verify my documents.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried to follow these steps:
Click on Help > Get Support > Selling on Amazon and select the option Account Health. You will get a drop down option Reactivate your account, click on that and select ‘Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support’.
Once you click on select issue, you will get an option to describe your issue and enter the details requested. You will be connected to our partner team.
Let me know if it works. If not, I'll transfer the case to Account Health team.
