5 DAYS is nothing on Amazon. Don't do anything until you get a reply.

You are a new seller here. The first thing you have to learn is: patience. As said, five days is nothing for Amazon. Some people wait weeks for an answer.
Since you are new, take the opportunity to learn for 4-5 weeks how selling on Amazon works here:
