Single-SKU pallet templates are not currently enabled.

Hello everyone,

Currently, I am in the process of creating a shipping plan to ship the products to the USA Marketplace. The error message "Single-SKU pallet templates are not currently enabled. To proceed, please choose a non-pallet packing template or remove this SKU" is still displayed.

In order to provide you with some context, I am sending 11 pallets in total. There are 140 boxes of a single SKU on each pallet.

Due to the fact that I will be sending boxes via pallets, I have selected the template type "Single SKU pallet," however the next steps of the process do not appear to allow me to proceed.

As of yet, I have not received a positive response from Amazon support. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could provide me with assistance with this matter.

There are so many sellers here who are experiencing the same problem. If someone could resolve this issue permanently for everyone, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Seller_HrB3BUWrqoBg7, for step one, don't use a pallet template. When you get to Step 2, select LTL. And on Step 4, you can provide information about the pallet.
