First of all, be VERY careful about doing things on your "friends" account. Anything shared between the two will get your accounts linked, and if that happens, if one gets suspended, then BOTH get suspended. That could be true even if your "friend" moves away and you lose all contact for 5 years, then they mess up.
Second, make sure that you are authorized to sell the items you are trying to list. If you bought something from a retail store, or even worse, a retail website, there is a very good chance that if you were able to list it, you would get hit with violations. Be sure you are authorized BY THE BRAND for any brand name items you want to sell. Read through the forums for posts about IP violations, and you'll learn a lot (Ones with "Nike" or "Adidas" in the title can be especially informative)
Lastly, QUIT SHOUTING. Learn to turn off the Caps Lock; if it's stuck, buy a new keyboard.
