Brand Registry approved but not associated with seller account
We had the brand registry approved, but our seller account cannot manage the brand benefits. We opened cases, and only got answers like "available only if you own a brand yourself or are an employee of the brand that's responsible for selling its products on Amazon. We were unable to verify that you meet these requirements. Therefore, we cannot authorize you to use this feature."
So our brand registry is approved, but we are not recognized as brand owner? Does anyone have the same problem?

Please, can you provide the case ID of your successful Brand Registry enrollment? Once I have that I can reference the brand and provide instruction on assigning the proper roles.
