Absolutely at my wit's end! 5 MONTHS of having our Amazon seller account locked because of a marketing agency's mistake - and Amazon just doesn't seem to get it or care!

We're a legitimate UK business selling ceiling fans. Perfect track record, great customer reviews, everything by the book. Then boom - account suspended because the marketing agency we hired for PPC used their computer, which was connected to another seller's account. How were we supposed to know this would happen?

The most frustrating part? We've provided EVERYTHING:

- Notarized affidavits

- Bank statements showing all our legitimate transactions

- Official company registration docs

- Proof we've cut ALL ties with the agency

- Changed every password

- New security protocols

- Completed all Amazon's seller courses

But it feels like we're shouting into the void! The agency admitted their mistake in writing, took full responsibility - we haven't worked with them since October. Yet here we are, FIVE MONTHS later, still locked out of our account!

Do you know what it's like watching your business die slowly? Going from healthy daily sales to absolutely nothing? We have suppliers to pay, employees counting on us, customers asking questions... and all we can do is wait while Amazon's automated responses ignore the mountain of evidence we've provided.

Our bank statements clearly show we're a real business - regular payments, consistent sales history, marketing expenses - everything points to a legitimate operation! But somehow that's not enough?

If anyone has dealt with something similar or knows how to actually get through to a human at Amazon who will understand our situation - PLEASE help! This isn't just about business anymore - it's about our families and livelihoods.
