Over the past several payment cycles, we have not received any payment for our sales on the platform. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these matters through standard support channels, we have not received any response or action.

Upon further investigation, we noticed that all our payments are being held in the account level reserve, which has significantly impacted our cash flow and operational capacity. We have been unable to withdraw funds from our seller account since 06/19/2024. We have thoroughly checked all possible causes, including our credit card information, bank account information, compliance with the INFORM Act, potential issues with other Amazon marketplaces, and all the reasons listed on Amazon's help page ( https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200136810 ). There appears to be no reasonable explanation for the issue, as everything on our end is in order.

Despite new orders generating income, all funds continue to be held in the account level reserve, resulting in a consistently zero net proceeds balance. Our account has been checked by the Account Health Team and the Seller Support Team, and there are no issues with the account. Everything is normal.

The continued unavailability of our funds is severely impacting our business operations. We have been waiting for a solution from the Payments Team for over 15 days without any response.
