"Add to cart" button for "Other sellers in Amazon" Dissapeared!!

Is Amazon page design changed?
"Add to cart" button for Other sellers in Amazon which was like attached picture now dissapeared!!
The page only shows 1 buybox seller and all other sellers go into the option(need to click and check other sellers).
"Add to cart" button for Other sellers in Amazon was like green highlight before, now cannot find.

I do not know what is going on. I have products on Amazon and is sometimes listed on the right as other sellers. The tab is there to click to add to cart but does not add to the cart. Does anyone else have this issue?
I guess I am going to have to call the help line.
