We are seeing a spike in special characters used as well as incomplete address in Amazon orders just started this week. anyone else experiencing this? We have to cancel so many orders because of this.

Yes we are experiencing this as well with no guidance from amazon. We are afraid to fix or modify the addresses by removing the speicial characters in between or fixing the double city names to match the zip code becuase they may claim we didn't ship to the address provided and do a charge back. We need Amazon to help us with this issue I have opened multiple cases with no luck.

yes, they are scammers 100%. bypassing amazon's blocked addresses list. buy shipping, refund the shipping label, then refund the order. doesn't affect your metrics this way.

All of my orders are missing the address and price info, I have to look on my Art of Books page to see what the book price is, to see if i need to insure it. This started the other day. it is annoying, and i hope a mod sees this. When I generate the label, the address prints out fine, its just the screen itself is missing all this information

80% of my orders now are with '",/-" in addresses. Amazon is telling me to ask buyers to cancel orders and place a new order with the correct addresses. I doubt they will so I just canceled on my end and take the 60% cancel hit for 7 days. But from now on I will just do what FORUMWARRIOR said.
Amazon answer to my case "In regard to your concern, if you have not yet shipped the order you can reach out to the buyer by contacting them through the Buyer-Seller Messages to cancel this order and place a new order using the correct address.
If the buyer is unresponsive due to a message not being delivered / bounced back, you can send a critical message to a buyer. Include the word [Important] with brackets as shown, anywhere in the subject line. The email will not be blocked and you won't receive a bounce back message.
If the order has already been shipped, you can contact the carrier service and ask them to return the product. When you receive the product, you can deduct the restocking fee from the order and can refund the buyer."

We sold about $70,000 in 3 days with these types of addresses. They have all delivered but one. We used Amazon buy shipping so I hope we are covered. If I could know 100% they are scams I would not ship the orders but I play a dangerous game with our metrics doing that.

Hi, we are having the same issue with this buyer, it is a fraud address they scammed many online retailer already. Just type their address on google you will see. They buy almost 20orders a day with us, we cannot do anything to stop this. Feel like being ra.p.e literally.
