am a buyer of amazon.ae from 2020 and i have an issue with my account
Whenever I send an email from I receive the following message:
"Hello,
You have written to an email address that does not accept incoming emails. You can reach out to us via Phone or Chat from Customer Service by clicking the link."
Additionally, I am unable to access Live Chat or Phone Support on my account. No matter what I try, I am unable to reach Amazon support.
I kindly request you to check my account and resolve this issue so I can access Live Chat, Email, and Phone Support.

Not sure how posting in .com is going to help you with .ae, but sensibly speaking, don't use that email address as it clearly isn't for whatever it is you are sending. The live chat and or phone option may have been removed if you were abusing it. The only other way for you to communicate is to create a case.
