Cargo Delivered but Not in Inventory

Hello, I made a product from China last month and sent it to the amazon canada warehouse. On June 20, I received a message on my phone and my products were delivered to amazon canada, but the product does not appear in the inventory list now. When I asked the seller, there is information that it was delivered, but the products are not there. I see that it remains in the Shipment created step from the Shipment Events section and it was confirmed by the seller that the cargo was delivered. My products are not there now, could you please help me please

Did you send to an importer? Someone who could pay the customs duties and the Canadian GST? Amazon will not pay that for you.

Anyway, if it was delivered only on June 20, you will see it "Delivered" in your shipments maybe beginning July and "Available" seven days later. I think you should still wait some days, Amazon will not be able to help you now.

Also, if you used a freight forwarder, he should give you a paper signed by Amazon.
