Seeking Advice on Amazon Account Appeal Process
Hello, Amazon community,
I'm currently facing a challenging situation with my Amazon seller account and I could really use some advice on how to proceed.
Background:
My account was suspended due to a linkage with another account. I've been trying to reactivate it by providing Amazon with all the necessary documentation to prove that I do not own or operate this other account. The account in question belongs to a friend, and unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, there was a connection made through shared financial information.
What I've Done So Far:
1. Affidavit: I submitted a notarized affidavit stating that I do not own the other account and have no business relationship with it.
2. Payment Method Removal: I've removed all shared payment methods from my account to sever any financial ties.
3. Policy Training: I've completed Amazon's policy training to demonstrate my commitment to understanding and complying with Amazon's policies.
Amazon's Response:
Despite my efforts, Amazon has requested additional evidence that I once owned the account or had account rights but no longer do. They suggested providing a sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination.

My Dilemma:
I'm unsure how to provide the specific type of documentation they're asking for, as I've never had any ownership or rights to the other account. It's just a case of an accidental link due to using my friend's card. I've explained this in my appeals, but it's not enough.
What I Need Help With:
1. Additional Documentation: What other types of documents or evidence could I provide to prove that the other account is solely my friend's and not mine?
2. Clarification on Amazon's Request: How can I clarify to Amazon that I've never had ownership or rights to the other account without providing documents that imply I did?
3. Appeal Strategy: What's the best way to structure my appeal to address Amazon's concerns effectively?
I understand the importance of compliance with Amazon's policies and I'm committed to resolving this issue. I just need some guidance on how to navigate this process and provide the right kind of proof.
Thank you in advance for any advice or insights you can share. I really appreciate the community's help during this challenging time.
