Do you have any friends, family or business partners who currently sell, or previously sold on amazon? Have you ever hired anyone to manage, or set up your account in any fashion? Do you have any employees or staff with access to your devices or seller central account?
An association can occur for a number of reasons but you ultimately will need to identify the reason for the connection to understand the next steps to dispute the situation.

Hello @Seller_LIdatSXr31EWo,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
You mentioned that you were linked to another account. Typically, these situations can be rather ambiguous, the most difficult part is usually identifying the associated store. As you've described the situation, you had completed the verification request but had not heard back on the results. I followed up with our teams who confirmed the issue is now resolved. They were not able to share much information on the situation but advised the store should now be active.
If you are still seeing the account in a deactivated state, please share screenshots of your remaining concerns. This will allow me to continue working with our teams to correct the situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.

We have faced a similar issue. Reports were made to Federal Trade Commission and Luxembourg Police. If any of you sellers have faced the same issue - collect all the proofs and evidence if possible and open FTC and Luxembourg police complaints, since we were informed if more reports will be made - the more chances on Amazon will receive sanctions and fees for such scam behavior. Amazon EU Sarl is a Luxembourg-based company and a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is an independent agency of the U.S. government that protects consumers and promotes competition. Financial Ombudsman Service Ltd. covers consumer protection within the UK - but you contact all of these services to report your issue, since they do share the information within these services
