Cannot apply ASIN to A+Content

I'm trying to create A+ content for some of our most popular SKUs. When I try to apply an ASIN to the content, everything is grayed out. We are in Brand Registry. What's going on?

Cannot apply ASIN to A+Content

I'm trying to create A+ content for some of our most popular SKUs. When I try to apply an ASIN to the content, everything is grayed out. We are in Brand Registry. What's going on?

Appreciate you posting here at the forums and bringing this matter to my attention.

First, lets rule out any system issues by submitting a case with Seller Support, please provide them with all of the information, that you are a registered brand owner and the ASIN that you are looking to create the content for.

Once the case gets resolved if you are still not able to create A+ Content please post here along with the Case ID and I will gladly take a look at your issue.
