"Urgent Help" Amazon Section 3 Violation on Account
Amazon Deactivated my account under section 3 which I even do not know that what is the reason behind it I even did not sold anything from the past 10 months. It seems to be error in thier system deactivating account without proper investigation.They have not mentioned any kind of explaination in performance notifictaion and not requested any kind of documents in performance notification without any notice deactivated. If anyone here can help me please let me know as soon as possible. Now they require the following explaination.

If you have violated section 3, then you would have received a notice explaining what section.

This doesn't matter. If you even listed an item and don't have proper authorization you can be suspended for showing an "intent to sell."
What you posted is not the important part --
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first. The ENTIRE NOTICE!
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
Then, ask yourself these questions to find possible reasons why you are suspended! --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
NOTE the verification is required from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" that assures you that they are authorized.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
