FBA Reversed Reimbursement over £3000 taken back - Need Urgent Help
We've just had a over £3000 taken from our balance due a reversal reimbursement from November 2024. I've never experienced this before.
I've checked and they haven't allocated the stock to my FBA stock. So no idea why they've issued this.
Has anyone else experienced this or could a Mod help me please?

If you want a mod to see your post you need to tag them in, so their name is highlighted in blue, otherwise they will not see it.

I need urgent help, another reversal has just come through my account for another £2900.
That's over £6,000 now taken from my balance without any reasoning!

Do you know what the reimbursement reversal is for?
Normally this is something that Amazon has given you for say a lost pallet and then later maybe it has been located and put back into your stock. It could be that they have reimbursed at some point and over estimated the charge or it could be just an error.
Normally in the transaction report it points to the original reimbursement transaction.
You can tag the mods all you like, they will do nothing except forward your concern to the place that you have already sent it.
I've experienced reveral reimbursements but not to that extent. It's normally a couple of quid and I can find the original reimbursements so would check all your reimbursements in the reports repository, it shouldn't be hard to spot such large amounts going out or coming in.
