As many other sellers are reporting, as primary administrator I am no longer able to receive OTP codes for our account - not sure what happened on Amazon's side but it's a serious issue when an admin can't access an important account.

I've put in multiple cases and after getting this response twice I finally got to talk to someone who I'm hoping is working on the problem: "Hello, we have received your inquiry, but we cannot provide support on this matter. "

If others are using Google Authenticator with good results, can you let me know how you were able to set it up without being able to log in? Did you put a case into Amazon to do that?

Any information is VERY helpful - I am the primary admin, and the only way I'm accessing our account now is through another employee login, but my regular usage is restricted and I can't edit my settings as the login I'm using is not mine as primary admin. UGH!
