I urgently need to address my recent violations related to food and product safety, and I am facing challenges with the appeal process:
✔️ I have read and fully understand Amazon's policies on Recalls and Product Safety and agree to comply.
✔️ I do not have the required documents to reactivate my listing, and I cannot relist this ASIN or attempt to sell it again.
✔️ I understand that submitting these actions will remove the violations from my Account Health page, but the impacted listings will remain deactivated.
I must emphasize that there is no acknowledgment option available when I submit my appeal. I am redirected to Seller Support, which complicates matters further. I do not possess the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation documents, as I contacted the brand and they do not have them. I have made the difficult decision to destroy the inventory at my own expense to resolve this issue and ensure the violations are removed.
