Urgent incident!!! 70% of the brand's ASIN natural keyword rankings disappeared inexplicably!!!
In the past two days, our order volume has dropped sharply, and we found that most of our ASIN natural rankings have disappeared inexplicably. There are multiple categories of our products that are currently ranked 50, and the natural rankings are usually between 15th and 30th on the first page. We have opened multiple ordinary cases, and the customer service said that there is no error in our node and no error message. We have also opened multiple PSS team cases, and the PSS customer service has been telling us that "the relevant team has been contacted for investigation and requested to handle it." We request to help us solve this problem as soon as possible. We are loyal sellers on Amazon, and these products are very important to us. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are coming soon.
