Safe-t Claim Image upload
I am finding that when I try to upload supporting images for a safe-t claim, I get an endless spinning circle. My internet connection is fine and the seller app works fine otherwise. Are there known issues with this functionality?

Hi @Seller_YZoZhAfBr4CpY,
According to the SAFE-T reimbursement help page, you can add images either during the initial claim submission or afterward through the Communication Center. Since you're having trouble with the direct upload, I'd suggest:
First submit your claim without images, then add them through the Communication Center tab in the Manage SAFE-T claims page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/safet-claims/
Just keep in mind that your images need to be jpg, jpeg, png, or bmp format and under 10 MB each (you can find these requirements in the "SAFE-T reimbursement claims filing steps" section of the help page).

Agreed with @Seller_i6S8knzW6zU6Z in order for the upload to work we must use supported formats.
