Brand Registry Help Needed PLEASE
Hello @Amazon team,
I put in my brand application and my business filing ID was unable to be matched by Amazon even though the correct information was provided. My application was rejected and I have appealed it but am still not getting a response from the internal team. I submitted a copy of my EIN and LLC Filing documents from the state - can someone please help me get some traction on this? i have custom branded inventory in production right now and not having our brand approved would be detrimental to the customer experience.

@Sandy_Amazon@Dougal_AmazonWould one of you kindly help me with this? the USPTO application and LLC application all match up - there is no error in spelling, punctuation or any other business verification information. I would really appreciate some help on this - I do not want to create my listings under a Generic Brand :( We have put a ton of effort into our branding.

Dougal here and thanks for the case ID. I see what you are talking about and everything looks correct to me too. I have escalated this and I appreciate you having already attached your EIN in the case as I specifically called that out in my escalation.
