Identity Verification Issue: Upload Button Missing

Hello Amazon Seller Community,
To reactivate my account, I was asked to upload an updated bank statement and my passport.
I made a mistake by uploading my company's bank statement instead of my personal one.
So the indentity verificaiton update failed.
Now, on the verification page, the upload button is no longer visible.
So I can't upload my personal bank statement to resubmit documents for a new verification.
Instead, it is written: ''contact Seller Support''.
I called Seller Support, on phone they told me to open a case and upload my documents there.
I did that, and I received: ''you should use the standard path to send your documents''.
I replied: I would like to, but the standard path has no upload button anymore, what can I do?
Then I received: ''We could not complete the verification, information does not match, case closed''.
However, my bank statement (less than 180 days old) and my passport have matching information.
I contacted Seller Support many times, but I get the same reply, I may be caught in a response loop.
Does anyone know how to get human intervention to fix this document submission issue?

What was the reason for deactivating your account?
The bank statement requires the ID of the legal person to open a bank card, right?
