Amazon Brand Registry Team ot reviewing application

Hi there,

Has anyone had experience with Amazon not reviewing a selling application for a brand at all? I've had a case go past the date by about a week and this is the second time.

It's for one particular brand so not sure whether it's anything to do with that.

We have a large amount of stock stuck in stranded so it's becoming a bit concerning our end.

For an Amazon associate it's case 10502524062
