Urgent: Request for Address Update and Document Submission on Amazon Seller Account

As instructed by the Amazon verification team, I have attempted to upload the proof of address document in the designated section. After clicking "Save," I wait for the document to be processed. However, the "Submit for Verification" option remains inaccessible, and upon returning to the Primary Contact Information section, it appears that the document has not been accepted.
Previously, I had subscribed to an address service, as they said that I would receive a dedicated special address and was instructed to list my company address in the Primary Contact Information section for my Amazon Seller account ( not my personal address in Turkey). However, the service only provided a shared address instead of a dedicated one. This has led to complications during the verification process, as I submitted my company address under Primary Contact Information and used it for document submissions.
Recently, I secured a dedicated address service, and I have now updated my company address accordingly. However, I would like to update the Primary Contact Information section to reflect my actual residential address in Turkey, but I am currently unable to do so. I am prepared to submit all necessary documents related to this update.
As I reside with my father, the utility bills for the property are registered under his name. Therefore, the utility bills I will upload will be under his name but correspond to my address. To verify our relationship, I have included a Certificate of Family Relations issued by the Turkish government.
To facilitate the activation of my account, I kindly request permission to update my address details and submit the necessary documentation. I am prepared to provide any additional documents that may be required, including proof of residence in Turkey or company-related documents, as needed. I apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this confusion and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
