Account Health

Anyone else notice your account health slowly dropping for no reason? I was over 270 a few months ago and now im at 240 with absolutely no negative items affecting my account. No policy violations, no late FBM shipments. Baffling

As you mentioned there was a decrease in the score by about 30 points. Since you have also advised there are no issues impacting the account health, this would appear to be a natural drop in the score.

The account health rating is increased based on order volume. Each store starts with 200 points, as you sell products you will receive 4 points for every 200 completed orders. This is based off a 6 month calculation, as we enter June the orders received over the holidays will start to fall out of the calculation window. A score of about 270 would need around 3500 orders as an example. I would suggest comparing your order volume over the last 6 months and see if the order volumes have decreased, resulting in the loss of points.

Regarding the calculation mentioned above, you can find this information in our account health rating: FAQ help page, towards the bottom you'll find the subject titled: Will you share the formula of the AHR scores and the exact point values for violations?

I would still suggest following up if you have additional questions or if you find inconsistencies in the calculation or score so we can ensure the appropriate teams are made aware of that type of situation.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
