is this email fake scam from mwasif@amazon.com
I received an email from mwasif@amazon.com claiming that my ODR is 0.6 and at risk.
However that number is incorrect. and my ODR is 0.14
If this a fake scam email?
Important: High ODR Could Lead to Account Suspension

Yeah, I got the same thing.
Amazon is trolling for ways to make even more money. I filed it away where I keep ALL messages from Amazon in case I need proof later of what they told me about something.
CSBA is just another way for Amazon to decide to give away your money and inventory in a more 'efficient' (and expensive) manner so they won't be bothered with Safe-T claims and such.

Well, SOMEBODY got their hand slapped by Amazon for sending those messages out!
I just received this 'apology'!!! THAT is a first for Amazon about anything!
"Numan, Wasif
From:mwasif@amazon.com"
"I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to apologize for the email I sent earlier consisting of Subject Line [Important: High ODR Could Lead to Account Suspension]. It was sent out by mistake due to an unforeseen system error.
Please disregard the previous message. I extremely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
Thank you for your understanding."
