RELEASE MY INVENTORY YOU ARE HOLDING HOSTAGE FOR 250 FAILED PAYMENTS!
I need HELP from SOMEONE in the USA that understands the Christmas selling season for TOYS! It is December 5th. I have over 250 "pending" orders. Several of my SKU's have ample inventory but AMAZON IS HOLDING THEM FOR PEOPLE WHO TRIED TO PURCHASE AND THE CARD FAILED!!!
Really??? I am paying you to FULLFILL = not negatively effect my sales. I have 100 orders being held for 1 to 2 weeks. I NEED THEM RELEASED so I have a chance to SELL THEM for Chirstmas!
I have one unit I am nearly sold out of on my website. Amazon have 80 units - ALL BEING HELD!!!! Comon! I want my inventory released or sent back to me and I cannot get ANY help from your overseas "support"!

Your products have been placed on hold by the competition, so they can sell theirs. Amazon wont help you, they don't care. they get the same fees if you sell it or the other guy.

Christine here from Amazon Forums.
I was checking, and I do see that the team in charge, explained to you in the case ID 16786137091 that the inventory was in reserved due to FC transfer.
Currently, we do not have a way to release those units. We will need to wait until the shipment is fully closed, and the units are placed.
