Amazon ASIN for one SKU changed on its own. HELP!
Seller support has been giving conflicting or different solutions to the same problem so we're posting our issue here.
Several months ago, Amazon resolved an issue we had with a SKU by assigning a new ASIN to it.
More recently, we attempted to update the product titles and bullet points but were unable to do so.
Upon contacting seller support, they amended the title and bullet points from their end and performed a catalog refresh.
However, this led to the SKU which amazon created for the ASIN getting linked to a different ASIN in our 'Manage Inventory' section, while the 'FBA Inventory' still displayed the correct ASIN.
In Case: 15078660441, Amazon has recognized that our product's SKU is linked to two distinct ASINs. However, they have stated that they will not take any action unless the change was initiated by Amazon itself. I have informed them that this was indeed the case. I'm actively looking for the case ID where they created the ASIN for the SKU for us but any help from @Sandy_Amazon @Xander_Amazon @KJ_Amazon @Dougal_Amazon is greatly appreciated.
We are seeking assistance to correctly link the SKU with the appropriate ASIN to ensure our products are sold accurately as variants.
