Hello. I see this error message when I log into my seller account
"You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."
I added a credit card and it was just charged $1.00 but it is still saying my account is inactive. Since my account is inactive it’s not letting me open a case. Please help - thank you.

I am using an American Express credit card if that is helpful. I tried using a Chase credit card but I didn't get charged the $1.00 so I switched back to American Express an got charged $1.00 again
