Trying to get a refund for Amazon Europe
Hello. I have been selling on Amazon US for many years. I decided to start selling on Amazon Europe and I paid for a professional account but they did not verify my account without giving me a reason why. I paid for official company documents from the registry in Bulgaria and for official translations into German. Nevertheless, they rejected my documents but continued to charge the subscription fee of 46 euros. They charged this fee three times while I was trying to verify my account. The support team assured me that I would receive a refund because my account was inactive. When I requested a refund, they refused me because I have two listings. However, my listings were not active because my entire Europe account was inactive as it was not verified. What can I do in this situation? I see that they do not care about small sellers. Has anyone been in a similar situation and is there a company that helps small seller businesses? I have made a screenshot that shows that all Europe marketplaces were inactive for me. So how can my listing be active and the account inactive, total nonse. They just don't want to refund me...

If you had two listings, the intent to sell was there, therefore, you were charged the fee.

The fee is charged to your account even when your products are not fully active, however we can take a second look if you share any recent support case IDs with us here.
