Current Business Address for Ukraine - Invalid Address

Good day!

I have a problem with verifying my Business address in Ukraine. I specified the address, and also sent a bank statement, there was a "Waiting" status for the postcard, but after 2 days the status bar changed and I've got:

"Invalid Address

Please confirm if you would like to request a new postcard. Currently you have 2 more attempt(s) to request a new card and retry verification"

I contacted support, but received the following response:

"In this case, we request you to create a new seller account with the valid address and request a new postcard."

I sent clarifying information, including a bank statement and the coordinates of my home, a photo of my internal passport, but received the following response:

We have reviewed your submission, but we could not complete your verification. As a result, your account will not be activated.

I created this account more than 2 years ago and have already been verified, so I don't understand what else I need to do to be verified again.

I see that many Amazon sellers who are based in Ukraine, like me, have encountered the same problem.

My cases: 15909754861, 15925391411

Please note that my account is not deactivated. I have 1 more attempt to send a postcard, but I am afraid that I will still get "Invalid address".
