Please help. My account has been deactivated. I have received this email:
You have been found to be related to an account beginning with Match-Trade.
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation............
But, Match-Trade is my single account and i don't have any other selling accounts on Amazon.
What kind of documentation i have to provide? I tried to reactivate my account 3 times and every time i have respond: We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.

I appreciate you sharing the situation you've encountered. As mentioned by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, it would appear that you have found yourself in association with another one of your own stores. You also shared the different regions you sell in, although we allow and authorize seller to have a store in each region, we do require them all to be in an active and healthy status.
You will need to use your "marketplace" switcher at the top of seller central to sign into each of these stores, or you can use our global selling account help page with links to each. Once you are signed into these accounts, you will need to navigate to the performance notification and verify why the account was deactivated. Once each store has been addressed, you can navigate back to your US store to confirm compliance with our multiple accounts policy and eligibility for reinstatement. I would also suggest taking a look over a topic I created on global account issues.
If for any reason you need more guidance on reactivating these other stores, I would ask that you share your deactivation notice for those stores. The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
