FBA Shipments
Hello,
New Seller/FBA Seller here.
I sent in my first FBA shipment on 10/27 and it was Checked In/Receiving on 10/30 and still is showing currently as Receiving but looks like it was being transferred to fulfillment center? As of 11/6, it is sitll showing as Receiving and in transfer. Customers have purchased products that were available via FBA. I'm waiting on Amazon to process and ship those orders. Is this normal?
Additionally, I sent in a second FBA shipment on 10/31 and it was shipped and now is experiencing Carrier delays. Again, is this normal and will it work itself out?
Should I take any action at this point?
Thank you.

Absolutely. and I have to say that in this specific case your units were handeled with exceptional speed... Normally in Q4 it's usual that you wait at least three weeks from "Checked in" to "Available". But, as you have seen, the products show up in the search and can be bought. Just they are not "Prime".
No.

Hello @Seller_T21csHN35LCcn- and congratulations on your first FBA shipment!
It is true that it can take some time for a Fulfillment Center to fully ingest inventory, so the timeframes you are seeing here are not out of the question, especially as we approach the peak season. If any action is required, you will see it marked as such via the shipment status. You can read about this process in full detail via our help page on reconciling shipments. In case it's useful, I'll also share this FBA peak readiness playbook!
You can use the tool on the reconciliation help page to determine if your shipment is eligible for investigation yet. Should that become necessary, that page also has directions on how to submit an investigation request.
I hope this information proves useful, but if you run into further questions please let me know!
Thanks,
Danny
