How do I reactivate my account?
In order to reactivate this Selling account, Shafiqs_store please follow the below steps:
1. You must first reactivate the account associated with Shafiqs_store by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.
2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, Shafiqs_store by using this link: . When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.
What if I don’t own the account – Shafiqs_store ?
If you believe you do not own the other account, please follow the below steps:

Why is this happening?

This indicates you have opened a second account because the first one was suspended.
If you have any chance of going forward with Amazon it will be through appealing and reinstating that first account.
Opening the second account was just a further violation of policy.

In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated for policy violation. Due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated.
Since the name of the account two which you are linked is similar to yours, it would seem you are facing one of two scenarios. While each of these have already been covered by members of the community, I would like to elaborate.

If you have not created a second account, this may be a scenario where you may have opted for global registration. This allows sellers to create selling accounts in multiple Amazon stores worldwide through one registration application.
These accounts are linked together and use a single sign-on in Seller Central so that you can log into the accounts with a single email address and password. Since you have one set of login credentials, you may believe you have only one account, but that is not always the case if you registered in more than one region. Region examples would be the North American region containing the US, Canada, and Mexican marketplaces whereas the European regions would include the UK, France, and Germany marketplaces.
To resolve your issue, you will want to login to each marketplace from the drop down in seller central and navigate to the performance notifications to see any outstanding issues. You can find the marketplace specific issue from the performance notifications within that marketplace. If you have any questions regarding the reinstatement of the affected marketplace, please feel free the share those here in the thread so we can further assist you.
Once the affected marketplace has been reinstated, you can then come back to your initial marketplace (I'm assuming the US marketplace in your case) and request reinstatement.
The second scenario is referenced by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl when they state, "This indicates you have opened a second account because the first one was suspended."
If you did indeed create an entirely new account (as opposed to utilizing the global selling option referenced above), you would need to get that account reinstated first. Once this takes place, you would then want to come back to your primary account and request reinstatement of that account.

I urge you to log onto the other marketplaces and see what information is being requested for the reactivation of that account. You will only be able to reactivate your current account once the linked account is active.
