VTR question
VTR policy states that certain shipments don't need tracking.
2. Small and light items that have order value less than $10 (including shipping charges) and are shipped in USPS Standard Mail envelopes or First Class Mail envelopes.
What if I have not 1 product at $9.95 but 2? Free shipping. So the order is for $19.90 and buyer is paying $0 for shipping.
Both weigh nothing and can go in a First Class envelope.
Can that still be shipped by First Class Mail with no tracking without affecting VTR?
(Please don't respond that you would never ship a $20 order without tracking. I just want to know if the above scenario affects VTR.)

Hello @Seller_xiT2bjSNIYfxJ
Thank you for the information regarding the concern with your valid tracking rate. If the overall order value is going to be greater than $10, we would recommend attempting to get tracking as a precaution as it cannot be guaranteed to not impact the metric otherwise.
If you encounter any issues, we would recommend providing more details to this thread for support.
Best,

P.S. Ran my VTR report and any order over $10 that doesn't have tracking is flagged.
So the threshold seems to be the total value of the order, not the individual item. Example: item is $4.95 and buyer orders quantity of 3: needs tracking.
Why wouldn't Amazon make that more clear?
