Receiving Error 5461
When I want to list my product with my own brand, I get error 5461 and it says it is not an existing product but your brand. Since it does not exist, I am applying to create a new ASIN and get GTN exemption. It keeps giving this warning. I sent my product box and product brand name to Amazon for GTN exemption, but it still has not been resolved.

I'm sorry you're running into Error 5461. If you encounter this error message, it is because you have not been authorized to create new ASINs for the brand. You may still seek approval to create the new ASIN if you can show that it is an authentic product of the brand for which no ASIN exists yet.
