The shopping cart button is lost again and again!!! Amazing Amazon!!!
A link in my store that I have been selling for 4 years has lost the add to cart button again and again since July. Amazon said that it matched the external price and we did not sell the same product on other platforms!
Losing the shopping cart again and again has had a huge impact on us. Amazon's matching mechanism is really ridiculous. It does not give this external link and directly forces you to lower the price! What if it is a spoof by a competitor? What a huge loophole! !

In general Amazon doesn't share the sources of prices associated with the Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy however you can attempt to appeal this determination via the Seller Support team. If you have any difficulties feel free to provide your most recent Case ID. I won't be able to overwrite the decision made by the internal team, but I can see if there are additional escalation options. Thank you for your understanding.
