complaince requirement
I am selling chocolates and it has tagged for compliance is mandatory under dietary supplements. However I appealed on 12th July 2024 and it was success. The mandatory compliance requests was removed. But 3 days later it came under compliance requests. I also received at email from amazon stating no test results required but still this happened. I reached out again to re instate the ASIN and again it was activated on 30th july. Now again after 3 days it came under compliance requests. I dont know what should I do. My N number of Cases are not helping. I'm tried of explaining support team to fix this technical error.

The items in the requests have been identified as "Intimate/ Sexual wellness product" making false/misleading sexual wellness claims as prohibited under DRM Act. Amazon policy prohibits listing and sale of such sexual wellness products on amazon.in marketplace.
