Utility Bill Confirmation
Good Evening,
Can someone assist me with more information on the following topic :
My account was deactivated - as I switched from Individual to Professional : They are asking for Utility Bills etc ?
I have provided them with a company registration, utility bills, valid debit cards, affidavits, ID's & Passports all in PDF.
BUT : Still I get a reply the could process it because they need more information ?
I'm at breaking point and nobody can assist a person !!!
Please help ?

Only provide them with what they ask for. Make sure it is piped or lined utilities (cell phone and internet bills don't always work. Use gas, electric or water bill. Debit cards don't always work either.

In addition to what @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7 and @Seller_qTJiCxRI8PpIZ have told you, go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'.
Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?
When Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!
That means Street is not ST.
Jim is not James.
ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps
They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING SPACE S.

I see that after switching your account from an individual to a professional selling plan, you have been asked to verify your account and you have questions about the required documents to complete this successfully.
When it comes to seller identity verification requests, you will be asked to submit the following:
-A utility bill dated in the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service
OR
-A valid business license
If the service bill you are submitting is unable to be validated, does not meet our document requirements, or does not match your information in seller central, it may be denied. If you do not have a service bill that will be accepted, a business license will be required.
What type of documents did you submit about your business? Are the documents considered a business license registered with your state? Can the information in the document be tracked and verified? Does the name (or business name) and address on the document match what you have in seller central?
