Case is not resolved yet
Hi, I am starting this discussion to get the attention of moderators in the hope of getting some help.
So I have been selling on Amazon for a year now, and a few months ago I discovered that most of my products are "Currently Unavailable" if the customer is not from the United States.
Let's say X ASIN is not available for purchase in India.
The SKU of this ASIN was already assigned to a shipping template that offers shipping to India.
This means that the ASIN should be available for purchase in India.
But this is not the case with me.
I created a ticket regarding this on May 18th, 2024, and every now and then, Amazon replies to me that this case is being forwarded to the internal team for them to resolve it.
Okay, it has been 88 days, and all I know that the internal team is still working on it.
What the f is Amazon's Internal Team doing, is my question.
