We are the Amazon Brand Registered Brand Owner of the brand, the trademark is registered with Amazon and has been for a few years.
If this is an ongoing glitch, is there a workaround? This is costing us time and money trying to get OUR listings updated.

Hello @Seller_H9zYMGnbc0ksb,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on if you can provide me the case ID that this response came from.
Generally speaking, if you enrolled the brand in Amazon Brand Registry and are the Brand Owner this issue is more likely just a roles/permissions issue that you yourself can solve.
Think of Brand Registry having 2 sets of "roles," Protection Roles and Selling Roles. Protection roles are for reporting infringement and these roles access the Brand Registry site. Selling Roles are for the Selling benefits that are unlocked once the brand is enrolled in Brand Registry.
Take a look at the Manage your Brand Registry Selling Roles guide for more on the types of selling roles and step by step instructions of how the administrator for the brand can add these roles to selling accounts.
Based on your post, I am guessing the issue resides with giving yourself the appropriate Selling role so the above linked guide should solve you issue. Just in case it doesn't, my assumption was incorrect or other Sellers find this thread and have a question on Protection roles; please take a look at the Brand Registry protection roles help page for info on those roles and how to edit them (As the administrator of the Brand on the Brand Registry site).
Hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
