Dear Amazon Support Team,
I am writing to inform you about a serious issue regarding the products I sent to the Amazon warehouse. While the products were en route, I accidentally canceled the shipping queue I had created, but this is not a problem because I have photographic evidence proving that the products arrived at the Amazon warehouse.
I have spoken with live chat support multiple times, and I have been informed that all my products are in the transfer process and will soon be available for sale. However, only half of my products have been listed and sold, while the other half remains missing. This issue has persisted for 5 months with no resolution.
This situation is severely disrupting my business operations and causing financial losses. If my products have been lost, I request compensation for the missing items. Below are the shipment details:
