Help With Negative Vine Review. Review not accurate and I cannot respond?
The vine reviewer did not take the time to read the illustrated instructions. The product (ASIN: B0D7NHTHV5) is simple to assemble and I can see from their image that all the pieces were correct. Can someone help with getting this removed?
In addition to the illustrated instructions, there is an assembly video that, if they watched, the would know exactly what to do. As with so many items, the product ships flat and requires some assembly.
It is not right that we try to launch with free products in exchange for reviews and the reviewer does not take the time to read the instructions. Why can i not politely respond to the review with some helpful clarification?
