discussion.my account was deactivated and Amazon hold my funds for 90 days. I have been trying to do video call for identity verification to get my disbursement for last few weeks but no answers despite that I waited over 6 hours each time. This is really frustrating and stressful. Does anyone encountered the same issue and how did you resolve it?
