Return labels not provided for " Product damaged, but shipping box OK "
We are FBM and Amazon provides all our returns with prepaid UPS return labels expect for when the return reason is " Product damaged, but shipping box OK " We tried opening a case with seller support who can't comprehend what we're asking. Has anyone else had this happen or know why it's just this return reason? Are there any mods that can assist or explain? @SEAmod @Quincy_Amazon
