Unfortunately, all items must have an external product ID. If you do not have a GTIN number on the product made by you, you must apply for a GTIN exemption for your item. Then, you can click on "I dont have product ID" and it will let you continue.

Thanks for reaching out with your questions. As mentioned by @Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbv Amazon requires Valid UPCs for any products intended to be sold on the Amazon.com website. However if you do not have product identifiers you can apply for a GTIN Exemption by following the steps in the GTIN Exemption help page. Thank you for your understanding.
