Unable to charge

I open my USA account and add a charge method Mastercard like.

NOW when i open my account error is showing.

My credit card is valid Amazon charge me 40$ my all details is correct but why this time happening when i try to manage my inventory i have 3 Registered countries US, Mexico and Canada. For

Is the card you used a valid credit card that will accept international charges and that has a valid billing address located in an eligible country. A debit card will sometimes work for initial account setup, but you will need to update to a credit card.

Can you confirm yours is a credit card and not debit card?
