While the Legal Entity section correctly shows the Uniqur Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number tied to my company which is the current legal entity, yet the INFORM Act verification section continues to display an outdated personal UTR number as oppose to what is correctly recorded under the Legal Entity section.
I have repeatedly contacted Amazon support, followed all provided instructions, and even reached out to the dedicated escalation email as directed. It has been over 15 days without any substantial response or resolution. The lack of clear guidance and the contradictory instructions I have received from support are exacerbating my concerns about the potential for account suspension or other serious complications.
This situation is becoming increasingly dire, and the usual channels of support have not been forthcoming with assistance or updates.

Today, I had an email from amazon giving me 10 days from today to submit the INFORM Act verification. I cannot do so until the discrapancy is addressed. I really need help with this. For the past 7 days, the support team is completely silent and not responding.

I only have 5 days before the deadline amazon given me to submit the INFORM Act verification or face suspension. I have been tracing the support team for the past 20 days but no replies or resolution is forthcoming.
