Error 5461
I am unable to list a new product which is not sold on the Amazon with my brand name which I have the trademark of.
I opened many cases but I received the following reply every time I apply for brand name approval.
" Thank you for contacting us. We understand that you encountered an error 5461 when you are trying to list your products. We know how important this is for you and your business. Rest assured that we will provide the information we have on this matter.
After further investigation, ASIN for the requested brand “MyBrandName” already exists on catalog.
If you are requesting a new brand and wish to register under the brand “MyBrandName” with PTD “FRAME”, please go through BR process – https://brandservices.amazon.com/brandregistry
If you do not wish to list under the requested brand name, please use the brand name as "Generic"."
