I am reaching out regarding a persistent issue with my Amazon seller account, which has been deactivated since October 8, 2022. Despite multiple appeals and submissions of my identity documents, my account remains deactivated, and my appeals have consistently been rejected shortly after submission.

Account Deactivation Date: October 8, 2022
Reason for Deactivation: Identity verification
Actions Taken: I have submitted all required identity documents numerous times and have made multiple appeals.
Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, I have not received a satisfactory resolution or explanation. Each time I submit my appeal, the response is rejected within minutes, without clear feedback on what may be lacking or what additional steps I need to take.

From what you have shared, I understand that your account has been deactivated for verification issues and you would like some clarity on what your available appeal options will be from here.
Can you share which documents you have submitted for review? The required documents to complete the verification are as follows:
-a utility bill for piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service dated within the last 90 days with your name and address visible (it must match your information in seller central).
OR
- a business license
If the bill you submit is unable to be verified or does not match your information in seller central, your submission will be rejected. If you do not have a service bill that is able to be accepted, a business license will be required to complete the verification.
